VENT Fitness℠ Group Training (VGT) combines calorie-blasting metabolic training with resistance training to give you a super-fast, efficient and FUN workout that will keep you coming back for more.
Group Training sessions are:
• Guided by a trainer and consist of up to 12 participants of all ages and abilities
• Concentrated, efficient intervals
• Simple, effective moves using various equipment
including kettlebells, rope, resistance bands, bosu, and more
• Enjoy unlimited Group Training classes with our Level III membership!
