ESSENTIALS
E3 EXPERIENCE
The first step in your VENT Fitness journey is a meeting with one of our personal trainers. The E3 Experience is a free one-hour appointment, scheduled at your convenience, to discuss all things Fitness. Come dressed to workout, because your trainer will put you through a short series of movements to determine your starting point. A body composition test and questionnaire — to determine your experience, your interests, and your goals — round out the hour, and you’ll leave with a solid game plan to set you on your path to success!
Orientation
A great compliment to your E3 Experience: One of our trainers can walk you through the equipment in our LIFT and BURN areas, answering questions about the proper use of each machine and empowering you to maximize your workout time.
PLAY Kids Club
PLAY Kids Club is our in-house kids care facility that provides a safe, secure, fun environment for
kids ages 3 months and older.
HOURS:
Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. | 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Day Pass $10/child
Unlimited Monthly Pass $15/first child | $10 each additional child

Locker Room
Modern and super-clean, VENT Fitness locker rooms are thoughtfully appointed to make the transition out of your workout as easy as it was enjoyable.
SCORE Basketball Court
Our SCORE court is a family-friendly area that is open to members and guests. Enjoy full and half court games, league play, and open play times, with plenty of room for volleyball, kickball, and more.

SPLASH Aquatics
Our SPLASH aquatic area offers a three-lane pool that is four feet deep and enclosed in a climate-controlled environment ideal for both beginners, kids, families, and athletes.

Sauna + Steam Room
A great way to end your workout, the sauna and steam room have been shown to improve circulation, lower blood pressure, and improve muscle strength and endurance.
Hyrdomassage Beds
Our Hydro Massage beds provide controlled, customizable water pressure to relieve minor aches, improve circulation, and aid in muscle recovery. This is your time to simply…RENEW.
Oxygen Bar
Recovery starts with re-oxygenating your body. The O2 Bar gives you the choice of different highly oxygenated scents to reduce your recovery time and increase your post-workout energy level.
Tanning
VENT Fitness offers state-of-the-art booths to provide a safer, controlled tanning experience, combined with the finest in tanning products to ensure a safer, consistent glow.

Our workouts and coaching don't begin or end in our clubs -- we can bring your fitness to you, wherever you are! Our VENT Virtual programming offers you the opportunity to stream your favorite workouts in real time from any wifi enabled device! Check out our virtual schedule via the VENT Fitness app.
ROCKBOT
We know your workout can only get better with the perfect playlist, which is why we offer Rockbot, a custom-curated in-club music service that allows you to pick your favorite tunes to play during your workout! Download the Rockbot app, sign in, and let the music propel your workout to the next level!

The VENT App is the perfect way to schedule your classes, purchase personal and group training sessions, track your workouts, AND stay on top of in-club news and special offers!
