This small group training session will take you to the next level with suspension and resistance training using TRX straps to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. Gravity focuses on muscles and joints, core strength, functional flexibility, and stability with high-intensity Tabata intervals of 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest.
