Enjoy a night of hands-on meal prep with VENT Fitness nutritionist Brenna Kavakos and Chef John Winnek. Nutrition has never been this FUN! Start your evening preparing three healthy meals that will leave your friends asking, “where did you get this?” and your family wanting seconds! All ingredients and instruction will be provided by Price Chopper and will be included in the cost.

Regardless of your level of cooking proficiency, Market Bistro’s cooking staff expands your love for cooking… and eating during this three hour class. From beginner to gourmet, The Cooking School offers something for everyone. Market Bistro’s Cooking School classes take place in a well-equipped kitchen classroom designed especially for cooking instruction. Small class sizes create a friendly, informal atmosphere with plenty of time for camaraderie, questions and the best part, testing recipes!

Plan for three-hours of cooking in a small, group setting.

Each meal will take about 30-40 min to make, enjoy it then move to the next station. Wine and beer will be paired with the meals. You will also receive all the recipes and a full grocery list of the ingredients.
