Iyengar Yoga – VENT Fitness Guilderland
April 13 – May 18, 2017 • Thursdays, 6 p.m. | $60 for members | $75 for non-members | $15 drop-in
Come learn Iyengar-Inspired Yoga from Noreen Santa Maria. Discover how Iyengar Yoga differs from most Yoga classes. Topics include: anatomy, asana alignment, breathing, meditation, home practice, as well as Yoga philosophy. This mat Yoga program will utilize props such as blocks, belts, blankets, and chairs. All body types and ages are invited as Noreen can modify or progress any posture. Participants will need to bring their own mats, blocks, straps, blanket, and paper and pen if you wish to take notes! Class size limited to 8 people. Each class is 75 minutes.
