VENT Fitness is proud to present a Les Mills BodyPump Initial Training!

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will learn how to coach through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping participants achieve much more than on their own!

This Les Mills instructor training will inspire you, and with a global tribe of over 130,000 instructors all committed to fueling your enthusiasm, passion and drive, you will find your greatness and change lives through fitness.

Every time you teach you will be empowered with scientifically proven workouts, the freshest music and choreography that’s loved worldwide!

Please note: You must attend both days of your initial training; once registered, you’ll need to download your education materials to prepare for your training
