Six-Week Yoga Program – VENT Fitness Clifton Park
Fridays beginning June 1 • 9:30 a.m. | $60 PP
Mondays beginning June 25 • 6:30 p.m. | $60 PP
This yoga class is for every BODY. We will cover the basics of alignment in fundamental postures, so whether you are a beginner or practiced yogi you will learn something new. Focus will be on body awareness, breath, and relaxation will also be key during this hour of feel-good body movement. All levels welcome. Appropriate for novices, athletes, even people with injuries – especially great for those who need to stretch!
